Michelle McCaroll

Michelle McCarroll founded Change Empowerment Group with the vision of creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. She is passionate about fostering genuine connections and helping individuals become the best version of themselves. Her everyday encouragement: "Just breathe, you got this" and "We can do hard things."

Co-Founder/ Vice President

Jasmine McCaroll

Based in Greenville, SC, Jasmine McCarroll is a social media strategist with a degree in Mass Communication from Lander University. As the youngest board member of Change Empowerment Group Inc., she brings fresh perspective and digital expertise. Jasmine is passionate about expanding the organization’s impact and empowering young girls globally through purpose-driven leadership.

Cynthia serves as the Treasurer of Change Empowerment Group, overseeing financial operations with care and integrity. Her dedication ensures the organization remains fiscally responsible while advancing its mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

It began with a grandmother whose quiet acts of kindness and service laid a strong foundation for impact. Her compassion inspired a mother who developed a deep passion for education, advocacy, and supporting others. That passion sparked a daughter’s mission to carry the vision forward by uplifting communities and spreading empowerment.
